Reps Ad-hoc Committee On Concession on Tariffs Visits Dangote Sugar Refinery In Tunga

The Group Managing Director of the Dangote Sugar Refinery Engr Abdullah Sule, has led Reps Ad-Hoc Committee on Concession on Tariff this morning to Tunga in Awe local government, to inspect the progress of work at the Dangote Sugar farm.
The Chairman of the Ad-Hoc Committee Hon Abiodun Olasupo expressed happiness with the level of work at the farm, saying that the Sugar Refinery is one of the largest in the world, and will help largely in jobs creation.
Hon Abiodun further stated that Nasarawa State has joined the league of the Sugar producing States in Africa, and her citizens will greatly benefited from the business ventures through job creation and corporate social responsibilities, such as provision of social amenities like good road network, portable water, steady power supply, good hospitals and good schools.
In his remark, the Group Managing Director of the Dangote Sugar Refinery Engr Abdullah Sule, expressed satisfaction with the speed pace of work at the farm and thanked the Reps delegation for the visit.
The Reps Ad-Hoc Committee who visited the site include: Hon Abiodun Olasupo -Chairman,
Hon Segun Ogunwuyi, Hon Olusunbo Olugbemi, Hon I. D. Murtala and Hon Randolph Brown, and the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC).
