I have for long,been reflecting and toying with the idea of taking some bold initiatives or even gallant giant steps to write my own small version of President Buhari’s moments of glory in politics,even if it is limited in scope ,as an abridged version during our CPC encounter in Nasarawa State.

Indeed,on more than two occasions, I made this secret affair known to my wife and children,as well as three other people,namely:

Dr. Tonnie Iredia, former Director General at NTA and my mentor ,whose passion and prodigious hunger for knowledge makes him a thoroughbred intellectual, and with three Doctorate Degrees,you can virtually, almost, qualify him as polyvalent intellectual per excellence , whose reading habits I can only compare with the former Nigerian Ambassador to Brazil, and a Pan Nigerian to the core,Ambassador Patrick Dele Cole, one time , Late Murtala Ramat Muhammad’s favourite intellectual ,as well as late General Musa Yar’Aduas favored political acolyte!

Oh,those were the days when relationships,based on ideas and commitments to the welfare of the larger society were made more spiritually sacrosanct,over and above petty local rivalries or idiosyncrasies.
That is why , I value people like Ahmed Bola Tinubu ,who was himself a member of that Pan Nigerian enlightenment Club, of the Murtala/ Yaradua era ,which also is now vigorously being positively revived,with people like Jagaban ,Senator Abdullahi Adamu ,Akume,Akpabio,as well as ex Governor Amaechi and Clement David Ebri,as the new arrowheads of renewal of bounds General Murtal Muhammad, T.Y. Danjuma and our own Chief Edwin Clark,plus numerous other heroes had immensely made their own contributions through exemplary sacrifices in the past,before some crops of ambitious and greedy power mongers, in Pilate Pontius camouflaged dress are making frantic efforts,to enviously put asunder, what God had knotted together for ages!

In any case, permit me for what may appear to be a temporary or unconnected digression,though they have the same theme ,mission, motives and motivations with the original topic.

In continuation of the flow chart about the PMB biographical project,the other extra two people are my talented Tiv friend,Atsen Ahua,now on international assignment,in Dakar Senegal and a very passionate Buhari talented journalist and Supporter, and objective-centred Biu born Journalist, Ali Abari Abubakar,who had been nudging and urging me to undertake the project.

However, given some obvious basic hindrances bordering on availability of conducive factors related to logistics and archival material facilitations,as well as suitability of collaborative convenience with my propsed partners,let me keep this bigger project in abeyance while,at least,serving the public with this modest offer,which starts with this historic quotation by the first and only CPC Governor in Nigeria,during his historic oath taking ceremony,attended by Buhari diehard Supporters, across Nigeria,including the doyen of the first pro Buhari Support Groups in Nigeria,Alhaji Umaru Dembo, mni,, Alhaji Bello Al-Adam,as well as the first Northern Editor of the defunct Daily Times, Faruk Umar Mohammed,mni who travelled from his Austria based OPEC station,to witness this historic moment,at the Lafia Township Stadium.
Please join me on this moments of historic journey of glory,in PMB’s encounter with destiny. President Muhammadu Buhari led the Campaign of 2011 under CPC to Nasarawa State under the Chairmanship of Alh. Bello Al-Adam who conducted ‘crucial and wise elections’ primary election which produced the only State Governor on the CPC platform throughout the Country and this person is no other than Governor Umaru Tanko Al-makura. This journey is the Bedrock of President Muhammadu Buhari Success Narrative of today’s APC.

Indeed, “The Heroes Behind The Emergence of CPC- Congress for Progressives Change in Nasarawa State”.has been a book title I have locked and kept in view, as in K. I. V, as a secret product waiting for its patent rights in my crowded schedules!

Yes, really, this is a very interesting development and a critical moment to call a spade a spade and invite history,as a narrator, to advertise for posterity,the genuine players that were major actors to the emergence of CPC, as a historical event, for relevant references and mental recalls without which ,the political dignity ,integrity and processes of President Muhammadu Buhari’s enormous political influences and impacts in all the nooks and crannies of Nasarawa State, may, and may possibly, by extension,be impertinently go unnoticed not only in Nasarawa State, but involving the whole of Nigeria ,would be lost,and the roles they play , may totally be forgotten and gone with the winds!

I must frankly admit here, that, I first met this patriotic and unassuming Nigerian called Alhaji Bello Al-Adam, a fine gentleman, whose loyalty and commitments to the political reality,ideology and moral doctrine of the BUHARIAN POSITIVE CHANGE was so pronounced and visibly iconic, so much, that, you would think that, Buharis’s integrity charter was was part of a religious chapter from one of our Holy books!

I think, I have no choice, even for obvious reasons of historical documentation ,validity and enduring references, than to do a special piece on the emergence of the historical evolution of the struggle of the BUHARI Political Party of choice,called CPC, the Congress for Progressives Change,before the amazing emergence of the current All Progressives Congress on the Nigerian Political scene, like a colossal that it has become, till now!

Yes, this is the time to call and recall the names of those great Matyres ,like Bello Al-Adam from Kano, and Umar Tanko Almakura and other pioneers, with whom our two(2) paths crossed, in the cause for the young people of Nigeria to identify the true callers and genuine supporters to the summit of General BUHARI’s Grassroots movement.
Yes, the time has come for some of us who were not only witnesses to history but we’re fully involved as major actors who helped in the dramatic development of the CPC , as well as actively participated in its becoming the winning party in NASARAWA in 2015!
Yes, Nigeria and Nigerians can do a lot, to recognize it’s,as well as their Political heroes,against the tides of current situation,so as to isolate the pretenders and the freaks,from the genuine heroes and the Real McCoys!
