Atiku’s Visit To USA: Why We Must Act Fast

By Mallam Abdulkarim Mohammad Abdullahi

Now that Atiku Abubakar, the embattled PDP fugitive hiding from American FBI,who had investigated his alleged corruption involvement in illegal Money Laundry and other criminal offences, has now landed in America,Hale and Hearty, after signing an undertaking to freeze and forfeit all that trillions of laundered funds he looted out of Nigeria!!!!

My Fellow Patriotic Nigerians, especially those who are not familiar with the Capitalists Value Orientations, or ethical ethology, which principles of nothing goes for nothing philosophy , goes in tandem with our own Fela Anikolapo Kuti, aka ‘Abami Edda’ of blessed memory who allegorically rhapsodized, with an iconic satirical flavour”money for hand back for ground” ,was used as a bargaining chip for Atiku’s desperate Appeal for Mercy and Forgiveness,in his grand larceny case of abuse of public trust, in which an American Congress man,J. Jefferson, has since been put behind Prison Bars, as a penalty for breaking American Laws_while Atiku is holding public rallies and engaging in Gerrymandering razz matazz, seeking to be voted as the unashamed Presidential candidate of the daring “OBJ Coalition Forces of PDP Nigerian Looters???

Well, talk of double standard, or simply put, a case of different strokes, for different people”,or ‘folks’,as the American may fancy it better, with a touch of their nasal twang,
In any case, the Nigerian Assembly of Associated anti Graft and Looter’s of Nigeria, are working with the International Appeal Board of the United Nations All Nations Arrest Committee to seek for Atiku’s Arrest and Deportation to Nigeria, to be arraigned and persecuted for crime against his country and humanity .
The long and short of this saga,is that, there is no respite, nor hiding place ,for Looters and national crooks to take refuge in the world, yet, despite the delays by the wheel of justice….but, inevitably, nine days may be for the thief but eventually and definitely one day will be for the owner, definitely, here on earth or in the Hereafter!!!
Haba, let’s stop all the stories, which would seem to boost their egos.
The truth is that,in America, there are so many loopholes in the system, which makes their country as vulnerable as Nigeria!
However, their saving grace is the consequences involved, when you are caught, like the case of Representative Jefferson, vs Atikulated Jennifer case, where he got caught and is facing the wrath of their law, because, there is no immunity, impunity, nor disparity in legal or criminal liabilities like we have.

I think, what we can do and must do,is to insist and campaign to the Nigerian electorates , and enlighten them, that the PDP candidate is a fugitive, making superficial and futile efforts, to portray himself as “a VIP”,which ranking nomenclature is none existent in American protocol jargon, because, their legal system is no respector of such very irresponsible persons with criminal liabilities like the Atikulated type which our morally bankrupt idiosyncrasies seem to falsify even criminal, once they acquire some looted favours, politically rigged or materially stollen, which in decent and spiritually motivated and self conscious and conscientiousness countries, amount to bullshit.
Can’t you see how their leaders negatively classify us, as ‘ShitHole Country?

My sincerest advice is for us,as patriotic Nigerian Citizens, to put our acts and heads together and collectively seek for Atiku’s prosecution in the US,or any other Country, like Dubai,et al in the Middle East, and seek for his global arrest ,interdiction, or extradition, whichever the case applies.
I have my nephew, an Associate Professor of Law,who also has been actively and bravely ,and as well as, competently serving as a visiting professor in many of the top class universities in the USA, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, whose positive competences and contributions can be tested,to kick start the process, along with several others, may be under the Supervision of His Excellency, Professor Yomi Osibanjo, himself an eminent and world renowned eloquent professor of Law,as well as the very courageous Minister of Justice, who calls a spade a spade and who never cares no matter what , whose throat is gored,as long as both due process, due diligence and all procedures pursuant to the implementations of the organic principles of the rule of law,are both professionally, processionally and profoundly adhered to.

By the way, I can volunteer my cousin , a very dedicated young by age Law Professor but whose very fertile and ambidextrously maturity, supported by extraordinary competence in contemporary legal maxims and proficiencies, have comprehensively compensated for his young age, since in Nigeria, old age is used as a status symbol, even if that criteria does not add up professionally, somehow!
As my name sake, he also bears Kana ,as his surname and is the youngest Nigerian ,so far,to have hosted all the Deans of Nigerian University Law Teachers, in a one year rotational capacity basis, as their Dean ,from 2013-2014, if I can accurately put my memory to test , to support my submission ,without the blemish of the passage of time affecting my sincerity.

We must also remember, that, the United States of America, is a country governed by standardized legal coefficients, regulated by check and balances, and any aggrieved party can seek for his fundamental rights.
That is why, even their leaders cannot afford to bee seen operating above the confines and limits of their constitution and legal code of ethics, so, let the looters not bamboozle and browbeat us,’with their usual false and egoistically facetious pretences of fake influence ,in America yet!
There is nothing like that,in the USA,despite their perceived vulnerability to the former!
Let’s stop the looters from wagging their tails, from what they prematurely flaunt,” ,as a boastfully empty victory”,so far!

…Finally and lest I forget, somebody should help me shout,’Shame on you and the Northern Elders’ for disgracing Nigeria and our hard earned legacies of integrity and heritage of accountability and good governance’!

. You are all a disgrace to us.
