The APC gubernatorial candidate in Nasarawa state Engr Abdullahi Alhaji Sule has again stated that his desire to govern Nasarawa state was not out of desire to corner for himself the collective patrimony of the people of the state. Engr Sule who stated this in Nasarawa in continuation of his state wide campaign which has so far took him to Toto, Umaisha, Gadabuke, Udege, Loko and Nasarawa, further stressed that if it were for money he won’t have abandoned his plum job at Dangote.
The Nasarawa State APC Governorship flag bearer also said he is aspiring for the leadership of the State to contribute to the development of the state, adding ‘l have the experience and the exposure to move the state to the next level’
At Loko, Engr Sule promised to address the problems bedeviling the area especially on aspects of Electricity and Water Supply if he becomes the Governor of Nasarawa State.
He said he is out for the betterment of the generality of the people of the State not for select few, stressing that as a patriotic citizen of the State he is passionate about her unity and development. He maintained that the task of moving the state to the next level is a task that must be achieved through the support and cooperation of all.
In his speech, the Honourable Commissioner of Education in the State Hon Aliyu Tijjani, assured Engr. AA Sule and all the APC candidates of the full support of Loko community, saying that the State APC Governorship flag bearer is an achiever and consolidator who comes to consolidate on the giant achievements recorded by Al-makura led administration in the State.
The APC Governorship hopeful who visited palace of the Emir of Nasarawa HRH Alh. Jibrin Usman however sought the Royal blessing from the Emir.
On his part, the Deputy Governor of the State Silas Ali Agara at the rally in Nasarawa, said the APC has come to stay in the State, adding that the party has fulfilled all its promises to the people. He stressed further that the APC has assembled credible and competent candidates who can move the State on the path of unity and development.
