Nasarawa state Governor- Elect Engr Abdullahi A. Sule has challenged youth in Nasarawa state to work hard so as to be useful to themselves and society. Similarly he also task them to be self reliant as they have all the potentials to become great in life. Speaking at the commissioning of Turaki Gamji petrol station in Lafia, Engr Sule expressed his satisfactions with performance of Turaki Gamji in terms of his business acumen and urged the youth to emulate him. He said Turaki Gamji has set a standard worthy of emulation by the youth of Nasarawa state and challenged them not to depends on government for everything, adding that in Nasarawa state, it is high time for us to ask what we can do to assist government not what government can do to us.
He urge all independent petroleum marketers in the state to join hands together by setting up of secondary deport,while the government is busy working on setting up of primary deport such as the one being considered by government in Keana LGC following the discovery of crude oil in the area.
The Turaki Gamji petrol station in Lafia was commissioned by Her Excellency Hajiya Salamatu Tanko Al-makura wife of Nasarawa state governor.
