By Our Reporter. Engr Abdullahi A Sule Governor elect of nasarawa state has expressed his Readiness to partner with organized labour in Nasarawa State for the interest and development of the state. The Governor- elect who disclosed this in a message to the workers of the state to commemorate workers day, also congratulated Nigerian labour congress (NLC) Nasarawa state chapter for witnessing yet another workers’day celebration and promised to take Nasarawa workers along in discharging his responsibilities when he assumes office. Engr Sule who identified industrial harmony between employer and employee as panacea against labour unrest however stated that his administration will not let the workers of Nasarawa state down.

While congratulating the newly elected executive council members of the NLC for their victory at the just concluded state delegate conference , Engr Sule also urged Nasarawa workers to always considered the interest of the state over and above any other primordial sentiment adding that ”workers are the engine room of any Nation”
