Nasarawa State Governor Engr. Abdullahi A.Sule has congratulated Right Honourable Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi over his victory at the election petition tribunal.

Governor Sule who expresses gratitude to God for the victory urged the speaker to be magnanimous in victory and embrace all in the interest of a peaceful house of Assembly and the development of the state.

Engr. Sule spoke when he visited the Speaker at his residence in Lafia. He said those who go to the tribunal because they are dissatisfied with outcomes of elections are within their rights as obtainable under democratic dispensation.

While responding, Rt. Honourable Ibrahim Balarabe said he is grateful to God and bears no grudge whatsoever against his opponents.

Speaker Balarabe said he appreciates that his opponent is driven by desire to serve his people. He adds that opportunity still exists as he is prepared to work with all for the benefit of his constituency and the people of the state.

Honourable Balarabe thanked Engr. Sule for his consistent support and show of solidarity. He also applaud the governor for his development strides in the state.
