Ahead of November 2, Local Government Elections in Nasarawa state, the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Nasarawa state presented certificates of return to all it’s chairmanship candidates across 13 Local Government councils in the state.                                        Presenting the certificates at APC state Secretariat in Lafia yesterday Dr. Aliyu Bello, the APC Chairman in Nasarawa State, charged the candidates to work assiduously towards the success of the party at the election. He noted that all politics are local, therefore they must work to ensure the confidence reposed in them during the primaries which threw them up as consensus candidates.

While describing the presentation of the certificates as milestone, Dr. Aliyu Bello assured that APC as a party will not leave any stone unturned towards the success of APC at the upcoming local government elections and the subsequent elections in the state.                                Dr. Aliyu Bello who is the Zarma Babbah of Lafia, warned the candidates against all forms of disloyalty to the party and to the government of Engr  Abdullahi Sule, stressing that any iota of disloyalty from any one of them will not be treated lightly.

Responding on behalf of all the candidates, the APC Chairmanship Candidate for Lafia Local Government Area, Hön Moh’d Haliru Arabo, expressed thier gratitude to the party leadership under Dr. Aliyu Bello for the successes recorded thus far and assured that they would work hard to ensure that they did not disappoint the party. He also pledged their loyalty to the APC and people of Nasarawa state.
