Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, representing Nasarawa West, has felicitated Governor Abdullahi Sule on his 65th birthday. In a message made available to Nasarawa Eye in Lafia, Senator Wadada praises the policies and programmes of Governor Sule, saying that his leadership has, in the last six years, brought so many developmental strides unparalleled in the history of Nasarawa state. He described the introduction of the Nasarawa Economic Development Strategy (NEDS) as one of the most brilliant strategies aimed at charting a course for economic growth, infrastructural development, and job creation, adding that this strategic initiative underscores Governor Sule’s foresight in repositioning Nasarawa State to gradually become an investment destination and economic hub in Northern Nigeria.

Senator Wadada, who is also the Sarkin Yakin Keffi, further cited some of the legacy projects of Governor Sule, which include the state secretariat complex, the Lafia and Akwanga flyover and underpass projects, and the construction of modern markets across the state, as well as other infrastructural developments scattered across the length and breadth of Nasarawa State, as some of the projects that will stand the test of time.
According to Senator Wadada, the relative peace being enjoyed in Nasarawa State today is the hallmark of responsible and responsive government of Governor Sule, saying that as we celebrate Governor Abdullahi Sule on his 65th birthday, it behoves us all to continue to support the policies and programmes of his government irrespective of our ethnic and religious backgrounds. He then prayed to almighty Allah to grant Governor Abdullahi Sule many more years in good health, wisdom, and strength to steer Nasarawa State to greater heights.
