Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District, has commended the exceptional leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, as they mark the midterm of their respective administrations.
In a statement released in Lafia today, Senator Wadada lauded the significant progress recorded under President Tinubu’s leadership, noting his administration’s bold and resilient approach to governance through the Renewed Hope Agenda. He highlighted key achievements across critical sectors, including agriculture, infrastructure, national security, and social welfare. Despite formidable national challenges, President Tinubu’s administration, he said, has remained committed to rebuilding Nigeria through courageous, people-centered policies.
At the state level, Senator Wadada praised Governor Sule for his visionary and result-driven governance. He cited several landmark projects that have spurred socio-economic development in Nasarawa State over the past six years, particularly emphasizing efforts to harness the state’s abundant natural resources. Notably, he highlighted the establishment of a lithium processing factory and other industries as a strategic move toward economic diversification and job creation.
Senator Wadada also pointed to infrastructural advancements under Governor Sule’s administration, such as the construction of key flyovers and underpasses, and the launch of an investment stop shop aimed at streamlining business processes and attracting further investment into the state.
