A group of former staff of the Plateau Publishing Company has paid a courtesy visit to the recently posted Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Nasarawa State, Yahaya Sabo Adikwo
The visit, which took place at the FRSC Sector Command headquarters in Lafia, was described as a reunion of sorts, as Commander Yahaya Sabo is also a former staff member of the Plateau Publishing Company before his transition into the road safety sector.
During the visit, Commander Yahaya Sabo expressed his heartfelt appreciation to his former colleagues for the thoughtful gesture. He noted that their presence rekindled fond memories of his time at the publishing house and reinforced the enduring bonds formed during those years.
“I am deeply honored by this visit. It shows that relationships built on mutual respect and hard work can stand the test of time,” Yahaya Sabo said. “My years at Plateau Publishing laid the foundation for the discipline and commitment I’ve brought into FRSC.”
The visiting delegation led by Matthew Kuju commended Yahaya Sabo leadership and congratulated him on his new role, expressing confidence in his ability to serve the state with distinction.
Commander Yahaya Sabo Adikwo assumed duties in Nasarawa State earlier last month as part of the FRSC’s strategic redeployments aimed at enhancing road safety management across the country.
