Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule, the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, is scheduled to pay a courtesy visit to the World Bank Country Office in Abuja between now and September 1st, 2025. The visit, officially communicated through Nasarawa State Health Care Development Agency aims to strengthen the ongoing partnership between the state and the World Bank.

In a letter addressed to the World Bank Country Director, Dr. Usman Iskiiu Saleh, Executive Secretary of NAPHDA, conveyed the governor’s intention to extend appreciation for the Bank’s continuous support, especially through the Immunization Plus Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) project.
The partnership has been instrumental in enhancing the state’s health system, delivering improved health outcomes, and advancing Nasarawa’s overall development agenda. Governor Sule’s visit will provide an opportunity to discuss progress made so far, deepen collaboration, and explore new ways to scale up impactful health interventions across communities.
Dr. Onoriode Ezive, Task Team Lead at the World Bank Country Office, will facilitate the engagement. The World Bank is expected to confirm a convenient date and time within the specified window for the meeting.
