Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu of Nasarawa West Senatorial District has once again demonstrated his commitment to the welfare of his constituents through a successful two-day free medical outreach held at the Kofar Sarki Primary Health Care Centre, Keffi. The event has been widely praised by traditional rulers, medical professionals, and beneficiaries, who described the initiative as a crucial and timely intervention.

The Emir of Keffi, Dr. Shehu Chindo Yamusa III, speaking through his spokesperson, Alhaji Shamsideen Abubakar, lauded Senator Wadada for his dedication to the well-being of ordinary citizens. He emphasized that the outreach brought much-needed relief to thousands of low-income individuals unable to afford healthcare amid rising economic hardships.

“Senator Wadada is not merely a politician; he is a servant-leader who listens and responds to the needs of the people,” the Emir declared, highlighting the senator’s empathetic approach to leadership.

Similarly, the Wambai of Keffi, Alhaji Ibrahim Audu, praised the outreach as one of the most impactful recent efforts in Nasarawa West, noting that it rekindled hope for many families struggling with healthcare costs. He described the event as a “rescue mission” for the vulnerable population.

Medical Director Dr. Isa Daniel, who led the outreach team, confirmed that the initiative was well-equipped with experienced personnel and ample medication to treat a wide range of illnesses, including malaria, typhoid, hypertension, diabetes, eye disorders, and maternal health conditions. Dr. Daniel commended Senator Wadada’s hands-on involvement and logistical support, noting that the scale and organization of the outreach set it apart from previous efforts.

The outreach attracted an overwhelming turnout on its first day, with patients arriving from Nasarawa, Toto, Keffi, and neighboring communities. Plans are underway to extend the program to Kokona, Karu, and other areas in the coming days, with hundreds more expected to benefit.

Among those touched by the outreach were beneficiaries Samson Musa, Ladi Tanko, Jacob Danjuma, and Victoria Kobe, who expressed deep gratitude to Senator Wadada for providing free medical care they could not otherwise afford. The beneficiaries also pledged their support for Wadada’s 2027 gubernatorial bid.

Senator Wadada’s sustained efforts to empower youths, support education, assist farmers, and now deliver free healthcare, have earned him a reputation as a leader who genuinely cares for the people. Observers believe he is the strongest and most credible candidate for Nasarawa State’s 2027 governorship election, with his broad-based appeal and demonstrated track record distinguishing him within the All Progressives Congress (APC) and among voters.

As the people of Nasarawa West continue to chant his name in admiration, many see Wadada’s outreach not just as charity but as a powerful symbol of leadership rooted in service, compassion, and genuine connection to the grassroots.

One beneficiary summed it up: “Wadada’s love for humanity speaks louder than words. We have seen it, we have felt it, and we stand with him all the way to 2027.”
