Sarkin Adudu Confers Traditional Titles on Senator Wadada, APC Chairman Dr. Aliyu Bello

The Senator representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, and the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State, Dr. Aliyu Bello, have been honoured with traditional titles by the Sarkin Adudu, His Royal Highness Alhaji Abdullahi Mohammed Hassan.

The conferment ceremony took place on Saturday during the grand celebration marking the 20th anniversary of the Sarkin Adudu’s reign.

Senator Wadada was conferred with the title of Sarkin Sudan of Adudu, while Dr. Aliyu Bello received the title of Magajin Rafin Adudu in recognition of their contributions to community development, leadership, and service to the people of Nasarawa State.

Speaking at the event, HRH Alhaji Abdullahi Mohammed Hassan commended both recipients for their commitment to the progress and unity of the state, describing the titles as a token of appreciation from the Adudu Emirate Council.

In their separate remarks, Senator Wadada and Dr. Bello expressed gratitude to the traditional ruler and the people of Adudu for the honour bestowed upon them, pledging to continue supporting initiatives that promote peace, development, and prosperity in the community.

The colourful event attracted dignitaries from across Nasarawa State, including political leaders, traditional rulers, and community members who gathered to celebrate the double honour and the monarch’s two decades of impactful leadership.
