Nasarawa APC Chairman, Aliyu Bello, Joins Nigerians in Morocco to Support Super Eagles

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State, Hon. Dr. Aliyu Bello, joined other Nigerians at the Moulay Hassan Stadium in Morocco to cheer the Super Eagles during their semifinal clash with Gabon.

Dr. Bello was seen in high spirits as he stood alongside other prominent figures, including the Nasarawa State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Dr. Kwanta Yakubu, and the Chairman of the Nasarawa State Football Association, Alhaji Salisu Galadima, among other dignitaries.

Their presence at the stadium demonstrated strong support and solidarity with Nigeria’s national football team, as the Super Eagles continue their quest for qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Speaking at the venue, Dr. Bello expressed optimism about the Super Eagles’ chances, commending their fighting spirit and urging Nigerians to continue rallying behind the team.

He noted that sports, especially football, remain a unifying force for the country and reiterated the Nasarawa State government’s commitment to youth and sports development.

As the Super Eagles faced Gabon in what many described as a crucial encounter, Dr. Bello and his delegation extended their best wishes to the players and coaching crew, praying for victory and continued success on the road to the World Cup.
