Emba Street Community Commends Governor Sule Over Installation of Solar Street Lights

Residents of Emba Street, Millionaires Quarters in Lafia, have expressed deep appreciation to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, for the approval and installation of twenty solar-powered street lights in their community.
Speaking on behalf of the community, Mohammed Ali Mailafaiya, the Zanna Babba of Lafia, said the project has significantly improved security, safety, and night-time accessibility along Emba Street, particularly from the area opposite Dalhatu Araf Annex Hospital down to Kwandare Road at Anguwan Nungu.
According to him, the newly installed solar street lights have enhanced ease of movement for residents, hospital users, and visitors, while also boosting confidence and comfort within the neighborhood, especially during the night.
Mailafaiya who is a retired lecturer and APC stakeholder from Chiroma ward in Lafia, described the intervention as a clear demonstration of Governor Sule’s people-oriented leadership and commitment to grassroots development. He noted that the community is grateful for the governor’s prompt response to their request and his dedication to improving the living conditions of citizens across the state.
The community also extended appreciation to the Nasarawa Electrical Power Agency (NaEPA) for facilitating the project and reaffirmed its resolve to remain peaceful and law-abiding. They pledged continued support for the developmental vision and policies of Governor Sule, as well as alignment with the Renewed Hope Initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Residents concluded by offering prayers for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for the governor as he continues to lead Nasarawa State.
