Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu has paid a condolence visit to the palace of the Chum Mada to commiserate with the traditional ruler and the entire Mada Chiefdom over the death of Malam Rabi’u Nunku.
During the visit, Senator Wadada expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the respected elder, describing Mal. Rabi’u Nunku as a man whose life was defined by peace, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the development of his community. He noted that the late Nunku played a significant role in fostering unity and progress among the Mada people, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations.
The Senator offered prayers for the repose of the soul of the deceased, while also asking Almighty God to grant strength and comfort to the bereaved family, the traditional institution, and the entire Mada Chiefdom as they mourn the loss. He emphasized that the passing of such a devoted community leader is not only a loss to the family but to the whole society.
Responding on behalf of the chiefdom, the Chum Mada expressed profound appreciation to Senator Wadada for the condolence visit and his words of encouragement. The traditional ruler described the gesture as a clear demonstration of compassionate leadership and genuine concern for the people, especially in moments of grief.
