In a development that reflects the ongoing grassroots mobilization efforts of the All Progressives Congress (APC),  Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu has formally registered at the on going e- registration in his Tundun Kofa ward. His registration was confirmed through the issuance of a temporary APC membership slip dated January 7, 2026.
According to details on the slip, Ahmed Danyaya Wadada Aliyu was registered in Tudun Kofa T.V Ward, Keffi Local Government Area, one of the politically active wards within Nasarawa State. He was issued the membership identification number APC250603000001, marking his official e- registration into the party’s fold at the ward level.
Party registration at the grassroots level remains a critical pillar of APC’s political structure, as ward-based membership forms the foundation for internal democracy, mobilization, and representation. The e- registration of Senator Wadada is seen by party stakeholders as part of broader efforts to strengthen party presence and participation ahead of future political activities in the state.
Keffi Local Government Area has historically played a significant role in Nasarawa State politics, serving as a hub for political engagement, youth participation, and party organization. Tudun Kofa T.V Ward, in particular, has witnessed increasing political awareness, with residents actively taking part in party registration exercises and civic processes.
While the temporary membership slip serves as an initial confirmation, it is typically followed by documentation at the ward and local government levels before the issuance of a permanent membership card. This process aligns with APC’s internal guidelines for party enrollment nationwide.
Observers note that continuous registration exercises such as this help political parties maintain updated membership records and encourage citizen involvement in democratic processes. For members, registration represents not only affiliation with a political platform but also an opportunity to participate in party decision-making, congresses, and electoral activities.
As political engagement continues to evolve in Nasarawa State, individual registrations like that of Ahmed Danyaya Wadada Aliyu underscore the enduring relevance of grassroots politics and the role of political parties in shaping governance and representation at both local and national levels.
