The All Progressives Congress (APC) has recorded a major boost in its ongoing e-registration exercise, with over 133,000 members successfully registered across the state. The milestone was highlighted during a party engagement where stakeholder Hon.Aminu Mu’azu commended the APC leadership for the smooth and effective conduct of the exercise.
Speaking at the event which was held today Friday at the conference hall of the Ministry for Local Government, Aminu Muazu Maifata who is the Nasarawa Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftancy Affairs and Community Development praised the party’s commitment to strengthening its grassroots base through digital registration, describing the turnout as a clear indication of the APC’s growing popularity and organizational strength across the state.
To further support the initiative, Aminu Muazu Maifata donated 17 sets of laptops and 17 sets of printers to the party. The equipment is to be distributed across the 13 wards  to enhance data capture, record-keeping, and future party activities at the ward level.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the party, the APC Chairman, Dr Aliyu Bello, expressed deep appreciation for the gesture. He assured party members that the equipment would be judiciously utilized strictly for the purposes for which they were donated, particularly to strengthen the party’s administrative and digital operations.
Aliyu Bello used the opportunity to call on other party stakeholders and well-meaning members to emulate Aminu Muazu’s support, stressing that collective contributions are vital to sustaining the party’s momentum and electoral success.
He further emphasized that the APC in the state remains the party to beat, noting that the successful e-registration exercise and growing internal support are clear signals of the party’s dominance and preparedness for future political contests.
The event underscored the APC’s focus on internal capacity building, grassroots mobilization, and unity among stakeholders as it consolidates its position across the state.
