Chief Ogbeh ought to do the needful here. However, for hindsight benefit, the major victims of the devastating menace of PDP corruption in the Nigerian Agricultural Sector,the Peasant Farmers, are aggrieved about the official cover ups and visible lukewarm attitudes, against the serial gravity of the chronic corruption menace in the Nigerian Agricultural sector, which according to observers, seems to pose the greatest threat,to the new Buharian Green Alternative Policy Initiatives, which has compelled many of its captive and domesticated victims ,particularly, the peasant farmers in rural Nigeria, to cry out,that ,”Enough, is Enough with the rot in the system’s manipulative corruption industry”, which has become the greatest threat to all the potential possibilities conceived in the new Buharian Green Alternative Master Plans,

In order to. urge the Minister,Chief Audu Ogbeh, to help in curbing this ugly trend .which awe compelling menace has for long , become the most frightening nightmare to the rural farmers, whose aspirations for progressive developments, are always short changed,by the operational impacts of the chronic anomaly, by its victims, who suffer most, from its devastating menace and horrible negative consequences over the years,

Who are now worried and apprehensive, about this chronic stumbling block that remains an official barrier against their greater prosperity, for many years, since the demise of our founding fathers ,the.Sardaunas, the Awolowos and Azikiwes , during which reigns the Nigerian Farming. Community’s.and their rural enclaves were politically recognised and made the centre for attention and developmental focus,

Unlike in this era of PDP Mafia driven political agenda, which policies are at variance with the former policies inherited from our heroes past,

And urge Chief Audu. Ogbeh to revive this old legacy as his new inspirational spring board for positive change in the sector,

…in order to replicate his NITEL’s best Success Story , so as to stimulate same sense of purpose to to bring changes in the Nigerian Agricultural Structure and Architecture,

For the benefits of the peasant farmers in Nigeria, who are its major stakeholders,as well as most dominant vanguards and perpetual bulwarks for the Buharian popular revolution in the country.

At the moment,there is a silent but powerfully aggressive groundswell of disillusionment and apprehension, by numerous major indigenous stakeholders in the Nigerian Agriculural sector,that, unless the Minister of Agriculture,Chief Audu Ogbe, boldly come out to salvage the fortunes of the sector,by reasserting his functional role ,rather than his currently seeming casual ceremonial role,as Cabinet ranked Minister with fully delegated powers of enforcement of standards,

To effectualize the rural transformational and structural rebranding of Nigerian Agricultural Practices, to meet the outstanding strategic expectations, vision and mission of the Buharian Green Alternative reforms in the Sector,
like he successfully did to transform the infrastructural capacity of Nitel and the previously corrupt and mismanaged Communicatios Sector,

The much publicised advocacy campaigns about the inherent dynamic possibilities in the Green Alternative new agricultural frameworks ,could be subordinated and treated like another fantasy project,such as IBB’s legendry multi million Naira Wheat Farming Program,or OBJ’s multi trillion Naira Miracle Cassava Conversion Bread ,which became,both corruptly stymied and mummified in the atrophied gallery of PDP’s infamy,like the previous attempts , all of them prematurely wasted and consumed in the same way , by the PDP’s raging fire of insatiably unstoppable passion of greed and corruption,which has notoriously bedeville sector,

And the prevailing cause of fear and apprehensions amongst the stakeholders now,is not unconnected to the Minister of Agriculture Chief Audu Ogbeh’s perceived failure to instute a recovery panel,to investigate and probe the alleged sleazy and visible corrupt practices during his predecessor’s tenure, which public perception ,already transformed into a rigid public opinion, fteely syndicated that,the Minister’s refusal was tantamount to a volte face ,as a result of his perceived allegiance to his former Boss, President Obasanjo, who not long ago, publicly threatened to expose him about his relationship with the embattled PDP president candidate, during which OBJ allegedly averred to an alleged corruption case that pitched the former PDP Captain and Vice Captain

At this juncture, it may be instructive to recall here,for the purpose of historical evidence, that, when President .MuhammaduBuhari decided to appoint Chief Audu Ogbeh,as his Cabinet Minister in charge of Agriculture ,that decision was received with tumultuous ovation,nationwide!

This excitement was informed by several other factors,which included the conclusive reality of chief Audu Ogbe’s personal profile,as a practicing farmer, as well as his organic antecedents,backed by reinforced track records , as late President Shagari’s Minister of Communications,

During which,he strived hard and diligently, to showcase his versatility ,competencies and sense of purposeful leadership
Despite the well orchestrated and one sided anti establishment media propaganda by a predominantly parochial, double standard oriented and sectionally corrupt media gangsters, against the NPN controlled Federal Government, whose spiteful negative messages set a phony national agenda,which impacts induced false influence ,as the pervasive inclination appears to be even now,making it an incurable systemic phenomenon up till today.

However, I have decided to present this alibi ,after observing some ugly trends, which tend to reinforce some negative conclusions and self recognition of this established legacy in the sectionally motivated Nigerian media system, due to their unpatriotic dispositions and inability to transcend the thresholds of selective prjuidices,in favour of objectifying their roles as watch dogs of the society.

Committed to broad professional diagnoses and investigative analyses of the droopingly entrenched PDP-corrupt legacies that have been responsible for the collateral deficiencies that haveaffected the tempo and enduring drive towards the positive achievement of objective targets in Agro-Value Chain New Policy Master Plan ,

As a result of their ignorantly hostile perceptions,predicated by institutionalized,partisan propaganda and corrupt culture of professional sensationalism,and blindly launched adversarial offensive against the new agric policies,
Which many critical observers of the the system, have ,through research interrogations mechanism, confirmed and attested to their obvious tactical aberrations,which going by their face value ,were meant as tactical ambush to protect the gaps between the former Minister Akinwumi’s adventurously wasteful Yahoo empty razz matazz, and extensively corrupt and noisily branded circus show in the media,full of sound and fury,signifying nothing,

As against the more introspective mature approach by the new Minister, whose performance techniques approach were more realistic in achieving the aspirational needs of our target for the.benefits of the peasant farmers , spread across the vast nooks and crannies of our country’s under cultivated agricultural fields.
All said and done,the prosperous prospects envisaged in Chief Audu Ogbe’s superlative replicating of his performance level at the Federal Ministry of Communication ,which still stands as phenomenally heroic, so much,that, it was perceived as a curious and worrisome target, which if allowed to be promoted as a brand in the Agric sector, would become an ominous threat, that would expose the extravagant shortcomings and stupendous corruption of the past amateur driven agric sector policies ,

Which superficiality was discovered to be a convenient covert covered operations,for channelling upscale transfers of the largest ratio of the Agriculture Ministry’s budget allocations for Goodluck Jonathan’s 2015 Presidential campaign bids.

For the avoidance of doubt and possibly, unknown to Chief Audu Ogeh, his failure to officially investigate the serial exploitation and monumental corruption at the Agrc Ministry,when he took over ,has become a burden,not only to himself alone, but to even some of us, especially myself,whose fanatical obsession for his suitability as the man with the midas touch,to reinvent , or by all means possible and available , also , endeavour to positively and pragmatically revive,reposition, as well as revolutionize the tragically corrupt and turgid Nigerian Agricultural sector ,

Which motives and motivstions were flamboyantly exposed to the Nigerian public,
even before President Buhari’s eventual approval,to the extent that, many close associates,who knew these facts,were calling to congratulate me,as soon as the official verdict was happily released to the press ,

For what appeared to them, albeit mistakenly, though , as a confirmation of my advanced clairvoyance which merely happened to be only a coincidentally, astonishing prediction!

Now with less than three months to the end of the first cycle of PMB’s integrity driven government , the question agitating ,as well as bugging peoples mind and which they keep asking ,among others are:

Why has Audu Ogbeh refused to raise issues about the rot in the Agric Ministry and its parastatal,despite the collosal level of public exposure about the economic mismanagement that took place there, within the past 16 years of PDP’ gurguantuan corruption?

Undoubtedly,these are fundamental issues to raise, asChief Audu Ogbe’s take home agricultural sector burdens,

Which has always been regarded as the most pivotal and strategic sector, in fact as a Grade A Ministry( computed in some relative rating schemes by expert ideologues in the field of government programmed and inspired scale of preferences), inspire a new agricultural architecture and paradigm shift that favours the needs and interests for our peasant farmers in rural Nigeria, who have been captive slaves to the drudgery of the labour intensive manual system of doing virtually, everything,manually suffocating,which ,as bad as it was in reality, further contemporary investigations of records had vouchsafe and showcased, even an exacerbatedly more worrisome level of corrupt extravaganza and made worse, during the Goodluck Johnathantestive era of mega corruption escapades, which a large chunk of yet to be investigated Dasugate overheads remediation funds, for the 2015 Goodluck Jonathan’s Presidential chest , from which some unaccounted amount were secretly transferred and corruptly fleeced and taken from!
Mr. President, Sir! There is a feeling of acute frustration caused by chronic official alienation, that, unless you personally call for an external intervention to remodel the operational structure of Nigerian Agriculture, the dominant force in the agric sector have already hijacked the system, so much that,the sector , which is now privatised to suit the interests of the ubiquitous Commercial Farmers,who have been corruptly made to exclusively hijack the system, which is no longer serving the interests of our local peasants in the countryside!

For the avoidance of doubt, unless you decide to declare a state of emergency by making agriculture ,’your magna opus’ ,and direct all the official functionaries in both the, states,local governments and other auxiliary affiliate social facilitortors in communities all over the country,to see and regard agriculture as our ultimate hope and last defence wall against poverty and chronic unemployment,and our virtual lifeline and most dependendably viable multi purpose solution finder and source of the country’s youth empowerment scheme,there will be no respite to the raging debacles of youth restiveness, arising from the swelling population of youth outside the organised white color labour markets in the country!

As far as I can see, now and in the future, agriculture and farming, if well restructured and functionally designed, remains our our magic spells against unemployment in the country ,

Which also,if left unattended is the biggest and most dangerous time bomb, alarmingly ticking dangerously, awaiting to explode, without warming.

This piece is to help mobilise the Nigerian people, to realise the threats as real and to prioritize our emergency needs, to equip and modernise our ancient source of permanent self employment, and there is no better time to do it,than now.

Finally, may I call for full investigations , to holistically and comprehensively undertaken,to verify some of the monumental corruption and sabotagious hindrances against the rural farmers, by the agricultural sector facilitors in Nigeria,whose political loyalties and patronage are implemented more , in favour of the rich and adhoc corporate crooks,who ,more or less,are offshore corrupt looters and smugglers in Nigeria but pose as emergency farmers, since the OBJ-Atikulated and Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s epic era of Mega Corruption and compulsive dictatorship, when governance and leadership in Nigeria were based on your escrow cash flows and “Ghana Must Go” status, not by the quality of ones integrity, nor, spiritual status,which standards is the rule,rather than exception, by the PDP Moles and anti Buharian Chane Pretenders,who visibly , still control.Affairs, in many states and organisations APC

. And finally my dear Minister, ‘charity they say, begins at home” and very soon, our beloved President Muhammadu Buhari,for whom our peasant masses sacrificed their lives, is expected to pay political visits to Benue State,.and the rest of the contagious States in the North Central Geopolitical Zone, where, it is expected, you will showcase and expose your New Agricultural Sector Reforms and Green Alternative Agenda,in changing the life style of the rural farmers in the Benue Valley ,given the historic challenge posed by the enduring agric legacies bequeathed to the masses in the areas.

But conspicuously, rather, to service the vested interests of political farmers,mostly, the old PDP influentially corrupt Business- Contractor Smuggler Farmers, arbitrarily fixed and installed since the 1999 era of the big masquerade of corrupt infamy, from Ota who have entrenched their powerful clout carnies and rigging Mafia Capones,who have virtually turned the Commission as the new Eldarado and centre for PDP Mafia Economic Rebirth.

These are investigatable facts,not fiction to be officially noted for further verifications during which the victims of this organic sabotage against PMB will be available for cross examinations and presentation of their evidences!
In conclusion, it is in your best interests, my Honourable Minister,that,there are internal and external forces working against the expected positive wishes and achievable targets ,in this vital sector, which PMB has dedicated his integrity to use ,as the ultimate badge of honour and springboard for positive prosperity enhancements drive of the rural masses,who are the bulwarks and footsoldiers that made his positive change to prevail and be transformed into its current reality, nationwide.
I rest my case and history, justice and posterity will justify our crusades for enforcement of positive values of sincerity,honesty and uncompromising integrity!
