By Our Reporter. As part of effort towards meeting the 100 days Agenda, the Nasarawa State governor, Engineer Abdullahi .A. Sule has constituted a 15-member state Investment and Economic Advisory Council, with renown legal expert, Professor Konyisola Ajayi as chairman. The council is to be Inaugurated Monday.

This was made known in a statement issued by the Secretary to the Nasarawa State Government (SSG), Tijjani Aliyu Ahmed on Monday.

Other members of the council are Abubakar Balarabe Mohammed (SAN), Dr. Adeyemi Dipeola, Chief Roberts Orya, Gen. Ahmed Abdullahi Aboki (rtd), Dr. Faisal Shu’aib, Dr. Lazarus Angbazo, Dr. Kassim Hussein, QS Adamu Aliyu.

Also, Hon Imaan
Suleiman Ibrahim, Dikko Tahir Bala, Dr. George Manuike, Dr. Rosaline Kela and Ibrahim Abdullahi, while Ibrahim Abdullahi Essey will serve as secretary.

Prof. Ajayi, a leading Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), is the managing partner of Olaniwun Ajayi LP, a leading law firm in Africa.

With over 35 years experience in banking, project finance, capital market, power infrastructure among others, Prof Ajayi played a key role in the Nigerian banking sector reforms, as well as the power sector privatisation.

He holds an LL.M from Harvard University (1982) and a Ph.D in International Markets from Cambridge University (1991).
