Management Of Nasarawa United Disband Feeder Team

In its bid to reposition the Feeder Team for the purpose which it represents, the Management of Nasarawa United Football Club, Lafia, headed by Ibrahim Abdullahi Osanga, has announced the disbandment of the current Feeder Team of the Club.

According to a statement issued by Media Officer Nasarawa United FC, Mr Eche Amos said this development is aimed at setting up a new and vibrant Feeder Team System in line with the League Management Company’s Framework and Rules and in compliance with international best practices which will help feed the parent team, Nasarawa United FC, with quality and competent youth players to replace ageing ones, as well as save costs.

“Consequently, a Technical Committee will be set up to recruit new players between the ages of 16-20 years into the reformed Nasarawa United FC Feeder Team with the aim to provide experience and training for young players who will subsequently graduate into the parent Club” the statement added.

It then announced that date and venue for the recruitment of new players into the reformed Nasarawa United FC Feeder Team will be communicated to the public in due time.
