NSSG, BUA, Azman Groups Offer Cash Rewards, Automatic Employment To FULafia Best Graduating Students

The Nasarawa State Government, has rewarded four best graduating students of the Federal University Lafia (FULafia), with N500, 000 each, as recognition for their commendable academic performance.

Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule announced the rewards at the combined convocation ceremony of the university in Lafia, on Saturday.

Engineer Sule named Nicholas Suleiman Tanko, Lucy Adegbe, Lilian Ifeoma Anichebe and Temitope Emmanuel, all first class graduates and best graduating students from the four sets taking part in the convocation, as beneficiaries of the cash award.

Similarly, speaking on behalf of both Alhaji Abdul Samad Isiaka Rabiu and Alhaji Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina, Group Chairmen of BUA and Azman Groups respectively, Engineer Sule announced automatic employment for Nicholas Suleima Tanko, Musliudeen Suleiman, John Alu, Otowose Ibrahim Yahaya, Abdullahi Bala Isa and Yusuf Isma’ila Abu.

While Nicholas Suleima Tanko, Musliudeen Suleiman and John Alu, will join the BUA Group, Otowose Ibrahim Yahaya, Abdullahi Bala Isa and Yusuf Isma’ila Abu, who are best graduating students from Nasarawa State, will join Azman Rice and Farms Limited.

The BUA Group Chairman, equally announced a further donation of N100m to the university to be expended on any project picked by the management of the institution.

The Governor congratulated the graduating students, urging the to be good ambassadors of the university and to fly the banner of honour and integrity of the alma mater at all times.
