As the Emir of Lafia Justice Sidi Bage Rtd marks One Year on the throne Speaker,Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has described him as a pragmatic leader and outstanding father whose regime is eventful and called for prayers and support for the emir to succeed.

A statement by Press Secretary to Speaker Jibrin Gwamna quotes the Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi as saying that the Emir of Lafia Justice Sidi Bage Rtd has demonstrated his leadership qualities in the last one year through enhancement of peace and unity among various ethnic nationalities in the state.

Speaker Balarabe Congratulates the emir and lafia emirate council on one year anniversary of the Rtd justice Sidi Bege on the throne of his ancestors and wish him more rewarding and purposeful years ahead.

The State Number Three Citizen while playing God to give the Emir of lafia more of good health,long life and wisdom in piloting the affairs of the state traditional council called on all citizens of the state to rally round the monarch through prayers and support to enable him build on the solid foundation he has put in place in the last one year.

It would be recalled that the last administration of Governor Umar Tanko Almakura had on 26th March,2019.appointed Rtd Justice Sidi Bage as the 17th Emir of lafia following the demise of the 16th Emir Dr Isa Mustapher Agwai the first.
