Executive Chairman of Toto Local Government Area in Nasarawa State, Nuhu Dauda has sack 69 political appointees with immediate effect.

The dissolution was contained in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen on Monday in Lafia.

According to him, the affected appointees include all 5 Supervisory Councillors,all 5, Special Advisers, all the 5 Senior Special Assistants ( SSAs) and all the 52 Special Assistants ( SAs) and personal Assistants ( PAs) respectively.

Others are the chairman’s personal secretary and the council’s Deputy Clerk.the statement said.

The statement added that the dissolution is with immediate effect.

The chairman thanked them for their contributions to the council.

According to him, the sack didn’t excludes the Chief of Staff to the Chairman, the Council’s secretary and Clerk of the House.
