Aliyu Bello Educational Foundation: All Road Leads To Sandaji Chalet Tomorrow

All roads will tomorrow Saturday leads to Sandaji Chalet for civic reception organized by Aliyu Bello Educational Foundation to honour 2, 500 (Two thousand Five Hundred) newly employed teachers in Nasarawa state.

A statement made available to Nasarawa Eye in Lafia on Friday, stressed that the reception is to honour the newly employed teachers for their patience and perseverance all throughout the period of their struggle.

The statement further revealed that the occasion will be under the distinguished chairmanship of Senator (Dr)Umaru Tanko Al-makura, Chairman Senate Committee on Solid Minerals. While the governor of Nasarawa state Engr Abdullahi A. Sule will serve as special guest of honour.

Other personalities expected to grace the occasion includes HRH Dr Muhammad Kabir Ibrahim, the Emir of Azara who will serve as royal father of the day, Hon. Commissioner of Education Nasarawa state, Hajiya Fatima Jimeta Sabo, Hon Aminu Muazu Maifata, Executive Chairman Lafia Local Governmnet Council. Alh Abdullahi Yusuf Musa 11, DFS Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Services, Mr Phlips Tatari Shekwo State Chairman APC Nasarawa state and comrade Yusufu Iya Chairman Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC)Nasarawa state among others are to serve as guest of honour, while Prof Haruna Isa Kida and Daniel Ogah Ogazi are to serve as guest speakers.

While advising honorees to be punctual and respect Covid 19 protocols at the occasion, the statement commended Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura and Engr Abdullahi Sule for engaging the teachers and for regularization of their appointment respectively.
