Clerics Task Nigerians To Return To God As NSHA Speaker Holds Elder Brother’s Three Days Prayer

The Deputy Chief Imam of Karshi Central Mosque,Abuja Municipal Area Council AMAC, Mallam Mohammed Rabo, has urged Nigerians to continue to pray fervently for God’s intervention to end kidnapping, banditary and other security challenges facing the country.

Rabo made the call on Friday in Karshi, AMAC while presiding over the three (3) days prayer of late Salihu Abdullahi, the elder brother to the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon.Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi.

He said that prayer is key to every problem and success, hence the need for Nigerians to continue to pray for peace, progress and development of the country especially for the growing insecurity.

He called on Muslims and other Nigerians to live an exemplary lives in order to inherit the kingdom of God.

Also speaking, Mallam Danladi Umaisha and Mallam Abdullahi Kasimu, Islamic clerics called on Muslims and other Nigerians to pray for an end to the insecurity bedevilling the country stressing that the negative trend need absolute intervention from God.

They have also prayed God to forgive late Salihu Abdullahi of his shortcomings and grant him eternal rest.

Responding, RT. Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, the Speaker of the State House of assembly appreciated all those who came to identified with them at their trial moment.

” My elder brother is a father and my adviser. He is everything to me.

” I am happy that people testified about his good character.

” My elder brother loves education, he encourages people to embrace education as he has trained his children morally and educationally,in fact he was the brain behind my western and Islamic education ” the Speaker said.

Balarabe Abdullahi urged the people to continue to pray for the repose of his brother and all the departed souls.

He equally prayed God to take all those who attended the three days prayer to their various destinations safely. Sen.Abdullahi Adamu ,Sen.Umaru Tanko Almakura,Sen. Godiya Akwashiki, the minister of State for Science and Technology, Barr.Mohammed Abdullahi Hassan, Mr Silas Agara Commissioner of NPC representing Nasarawa State, Rt. Hon Nehemiah Tsentse Dandaura, the state Deputy Speaker led other members of the house as the Clerk Mr Ego Maikeffi Abashe led management staff.

The renowned business mogul Arch. Abubakar Oseze,APC FCT Caretaker Chairman Abdulmalik Usman, Commissioners, local government chairmen among other dignitaries attended prayer.

Mallam Salihu Abdullahi died in the early hours of Wednesday, 17th February, 2021 at the age of 68 at Specialist Hospital Gwagwalada FCT, Abuja as a result of brief illness.
