As Christians celebrate this year’s Easter, Speaker Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has called on Nigerians to intensify prayers for the nation’s challenges, unity and love for one another inrespective of affiliations.

The Speaker in a statement by his Press Secretary, Jibrin Gwamna felicitates with the entire Christian communities in the state and beyond, urging them to use the period to pray for God to intervene in the emerging challenges facing the nation.

The state number three citizen equally called on believers to use the period and strengthening the bond of love, friendship, tolerance and support for one another irrespective of their differences, especially care for the less privileged ones in the society.

While advising people to celebrate Christmas peacefully and respect constituted authorities, Balarabe Abdullahi called for support and prayers for government and leaders at all levels to succeed.

He congratulated Christians for ushering in the year 2021 Easter and wish them a hitch free celebration.

The speaker further enjoin Nigerians to continue to adhere strictly to COVID-19 safety protocols in their interest,that of the public and for the overall development of the society.
