Gov Sule Vows To Present 2022 Budget In Brand New Assembly Chamber In 3 Weeks Time

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, has today inspected the ongoing renovation and remodeling of the hallowed chamber of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Lafia.

The upgrading of the State Assembly Hallowed Chamber from analog to digital according to the Governor is to give it a first lift and meet up with the global best standard.

He urged the contractor to redouble efforts toward its completion and in accordance with specifications.

The Governor also revealed that he will present the 2022 budget at the new chamber immediately after the completion of the work in the next 3 weeks.

” When I came to present the 2021 budget, I made a commitment to present the 2022 budget in a brand, new chamber because the state and the assembly deserves it and by the grace of God in the next 3 weeks I will do that”

” I have advised them on quality job, beautiful work and speedy completion” the Governor said.

On his part, Emmanuel Eromosole the CEO of Ecohome Concepts Ltd. the contractor handling the project gave 8th December, 2021 to complete and handover the work assuring of quality job.

Responding, the Speaker of the State Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi Commended the Governor for the award of the contract and also expressed satisfaction with the quality of job done so far by the contractor.

” I want to thank the Governor for the gesture, he is a Governor that has passion for the legislature and is providing good environment for us to carry out our duties.

“We are working together, we are working in partnership and in synergy, we will continue to support the Governor to succeed.

“I have earlier on told the Governor that I have inspected the work and the contractor is doing a very good job, he is doing quality job and I advised the contractor to sustain it.” the Speaker added.
