Eid-el- fitr: Gov. Sule Visits Hospitals In Akwanga, Assist Patients With Cash Gifts

In line with the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, visited some selected hospitals in Akwanga, headquarters of Akwanga Local Government Area, where he assisted patients with cash gifts.

Engineer Sule undertook the visit on Sunday, going round the wards and presenting various sums of money as gift to patients receiving treatment.

As Muslims across the state prepare to observe the Eid-el fitr, which marks the end of the Ramadan fast tomorrow, the gesture is in line with the spirit of the Ramadan, demonstrated by giving and sharing essentially with the less privileged members of the society.

Engineer Sule, who barely returned from his trip to Saudia Arabia on Lesser Hajj, took time out of his schedule, to visit the sick and to assist those receiving treatment in some hospitals in Akwanga.

The Governor later visited the palace of the Oriye Rindre, HRH Justice Lawal Musa Nagogo (rtd).
