Gov Sule Commended Over Relative Peace, High-quality Governance In Nasarawa

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has been commended over his effort at providing enabling environment for peace to reign in the state, just as he was also commended for taking the issue of governance over and above his interest.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Nasarawa Eye Newspaper in Lafia last week, the Nasarawa south zonal coordinator, A. A 2023 Hon Aliyu Gayam Ilele stressed that Governor Abdullahi Sule has in the last three years provided an enabling environment for peace to reign in the state through an open door policy. Hon Aliyu Ilele noted that in the last three years, Governor Abdullahi Sule approached governance with absolute consistency to international best practices.  

He pointed out that since Governor Abdullahi came on board in 2019, his major preoccupations are on how to better the lots of the people of the state sometimes even against his comforts and that of his family.

‘The vigor at which Governor Sule approaches governance in Nasarawa state leaves one wondering as to the kind of energy he possesses, he is always moving from one point to the other in search of peace and development of the state’ Hon Aliyu Ilele added.

He praises Governor Abdullahi Sule for the giant strides he is making in wooing investors into the state, saying before the coming of the present governor, foreign investors shy away from investing in the state due to poor incentives but today they are competing for prominence in the state owing mainly to the enabling environment provided by Governor Abdullahi Sule.

Hon Ilele further noted that the attention security agencies are getting today from Governor Abdullahi Sule is superb, adding the recent purchase and distribution of Hilux vehicles to security agencies in the state are a clear testimony of governor Sule’s concern for ensuring peace and security in the state.

On the forthcoming 2023 election, Hon. Ilele assured that all mobilizations will be done to ensure the victory of governor Sule and that of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the Nasarawa state, adding that no stone will be left unturned towards APC victory in the state.

While appealing to the people to come out en mass and vote for the APC from the bottom to the top, Hon Ilele also urged the youth to take a prominent and leading position in this forthcoming election by voting for APC to victory.
