Nasarawa State Civil Service Commission has commenced the process of promotions of the deserving civil servants on GL 01 to GL. 06 in the state civil service.
The promotion exercise was in line with the Governor Abdullahi. A. Sule’ s approval to commence the process of promotions to deserving civil servants in the state.
Addressing Members of the Commission during the 20th Commission Meeting at the Commission’s board room on Monday, the Chairman, Nasarawa State Civil Service Commission, Musa Dangan Giza said, the Commission would commenced the exercise and released the promotions of deserving Junior Officers on GL 1 to GL 0/6 working in the state civil service within the shortest possible time, stressing that, the Office of the Head of Service would commence the process of promotion examinations for Officers on GL 07 to GL 15 in no distance time.
He explained that, Junior Officers on GL 01 to 06 would not participated in promotion examinations, saying, only Officers on GL 07 to 15, would be allowed to write promotions examinations before receiving their promotions letters.
Chairman maintained that, the Commission was waiting for the briefs from the Office of the Head of Service on the matter. He urged the civil servants in the state to reciprocate this gesture by dedicating themselves to their assigned duties.
