Victory Belongs To People, Not Me, Says Sen. Wadada After His Official Declaration

Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada has described his victory at the just concluded APC governorship primary election as a collective triumph for the people of Nasarawa State, saying it was not achieved by him alone but by everyone who believed in the vision of a united, peaceful, and progressive  Nasarawa state.
Wadada, in a statement issued this evening in Lafia after his official declaration, expressed deep appreciation to the people of the state, party faithfuls, stakeholders, youths, women, and supporters for their unwavering loyalty, prayers, and commitment throughout the political journey.
He said the overwhelming support and confidence shown by the people had continued to inspire him and his team to remain committed to purposeful leadership and people-oriented governance.
The senator also commended those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and contributed in different ways to ensure the success of the exercise, assuring them that their sacrifices and solidarity would never be taken for granted.
Wadada called on the people of the state to remain united and peaceful, stressing the need for collective efforts towards building a better future for Nasarawa State.
He reaffirmed his commitment to serving the people and pursuing policies that would promote development, peace, and progress across the state if elected at the general elections in 2027.
