Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Danladi Jatau, has hailed the emergence of Sen. Aliyu Ahmed Wadada as the 2027 Governorship candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC in Nasarawa State.

The Speaker in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Lafia, the State Capital today Saturday, described the victory of Sen. Wadada as victory for democracy and the people of the State.

The Nasarawa State Number Three Citizen felicitates with Gov. Abdullahi Sule, Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, the APC party and the people of the State.

He said that the success of Sen. Wadada at the just concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial primary election in Nasarawa State is a victory for the people.

The Speaker described the victory of Wadada as well deserved considering his political antecident, track record of achievements and contributions to the development of the party.

He described Wadada’s emergence as a reflection of the confidence and trust reposed in him by stakeholders and members of the party in the state.

“The victory of Senator Wadada is a clear indication of the support and acceptance he enjoys from APC Stakeholders, party officials and other members of the party in the state” he said.

The Speaker appreciated Stakeholders and members of the APC for conducting themselves peacefully throughout the exercise.

Dr. Jatau called for more team work and urged all aspirants and their supporters to close ranks for the victory of the party in 2027.

He assured Wadada and APC of his determination to work for the victory of the party come 2027.
