Wadada Meets Babangida, Describes Courtesy Visit as Great Privilege

The Nasarawa State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu , has described his meeting with former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (GCFR), as a great privilege.
Wadada made the remarks after returning to Nigeria from an overseas tour and paying a courtesy visit to Babangida at his Hilltop residence in Minna, Niger State.
The APC governorship candidate expressed appreciation for the warm reception accorded him by the former military leader and the opportunity to engage with one of Nigeria’s respected elder statesmen.
The meeting provided Wadada an opportunity to pay his respects to Babangida and benefit from his wealth of experience and counsel on leadership, governance and national development.
According to Wadada, the insights and advice shared during the engagement would remain a source of inspiration as he continues to contribute to the development of Nasarawa State and the progress of Nigeria.
He reaffirmed his commitment to building a greater, more prosperous and united Nasarawa State and Nigeria, saying his leadership vision would be anchored on service, experience and people-centred governance.
The courtesy visit also underscored Wadada’s engagement with respected national figures as he seeks to draw from their experience in shaping and advancing his political and developmental agenda for Nasarawa State.
Wadada expressed optimism that the wisdom gained from interactions with experienced statesmen such as Babangida would help strengthen his approach to leadership and public service.
