The Friends Forever Group has joined the Wadada Youth Ambassadors and other supporters to celebrate the 62nd birthday of Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, in an event marked by goodwill messages, tributes, and prayers for his continued success in public service.
The birthday celebration, held last Thursday, attracted several dignitaries and political associates, including Mohammed Abubakar, Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi Sule, alongside members of various Wadada support groups and other well-wishers.
Speakers at the occasion took turns to extol the virtues of Senator Wadada, describing him as an experienced politician who understands the dynamics of leadership and remains mindful of the needs and aspirations of the people.
They praised his political acumen, dedication to public service, and ability to connect with the grassroots, expressing confidence in his capacity to make meaningful contributions to the development of Nasarawa State.
Among those who spoke at the event were Mohammed Abubakar, Special Adviser to Governor Sule; Alhaji Garba Rosha Mohammed, Chairman of the Friends Forever Group; Alhaji Rayyanu Bala, Secretary of the group; and Zaidu Tanko, Chairman of the Wadada Youth Ambassadors. Officials and members of other Wadada support groups were also present to celebrate the senator.
In their separate remarks, the speakers highlighted the importance of celebrating leaders whose political journeys have earned them the support and goodwill of their followers. They also used the occasion to reaffirm their solidarity with Senator Wadada and their appreciation of his political contributions.
For the Friends Forever Group, its participation underscored the group’s association with the senator’s supporters and its willingness to join other stakeholders in celebrating his life, achievements, and aspirations for the future.
The celebration also provided an opportunity for supporters to renew their hopes and prayers for the senator’s continued good health, wisdom, and success in his political endeavours.
In a collective prayer, the speakers called on Almighty Allah to grant Senator Wadada the grace to witness his 63rd birthday in good health and, by His will, to celebrate the occasion at Government House along Shendam Road as the serving governor of Nasarawa State.
The prayer reflected the aspirations of his supporters, who expressed hope that the senator’s political journey would continue to advance and that he would have further opportunities to serve the people of the state.
As the celebration came to a close, the atmosphere remained one of gratitude, unity, and optimism, with participants expressing their best wishes to Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu on the occasion of his 62nd birthday.
