Nasarawa State House of Assembly has expressed satisfaction with the outstanding support the institution is getting from the state Governor Abdullahi Sule.

Chairman House committee on welfare Hon Abel Yakubu Bala (PDP Nasarawa Eggon West) gave the commendation when the management of the house and the Assembly Service Commission appeared before the committee for 2020 budget assessment in Lafia Thursday.

The House Committee Chairman on House Welfare emphasized that Governor Sule is doing his best for the state Assembly both in welfare, prompt payment of salaries among others hence the need for the appreciation and more support from the members for the governor to succeed.

Hon. Abel Bala noted that the welfare of members and staff remains topmost priority of the committee just as he commended the speaker Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi for his leadership style and commitment to the general welfare of members and staff of the house.

In their separate presentations, the Clark of the House Mr. Ego Maikeffi Abashe and Acting Secretary of the Commission Mallam Hassan Ibrahim Mohammed both thanked Gov. Abdullahi Sule and the Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi for their concern and support for the general welfare of the staff of the House just as they enumerated their emerging challenges.
