Students Union Government body Nasarawa State University Keffi, has presented the award of Excellence to the Chairman Nasarawa State Civil Service Commission,Dangana Musa Giza for the service to humanity.

The presentation which took place at the Commission’s main hall in Lafia today, was attended by the commissioners, permanent Secretary, Directors and staffs of the commission.

Leader of the team, Director for Academic of students union Government, NSUK chapter, Adekanye Bromideli A. said the award of Excellence bestowed on the chairman CSC, Dangana Musa was in recognition of his selfless service to his community and the state in general,

According to him, Dangana Musa Giza has given the scholarship to the indigenous students of Nasarawa State towards their academic upliftment, stressing that, apart from given the scholarship to indigenous students, he has also assisted quite numbers of youths and women in the state to become productive in the society.

While extolling the virtues of the chairman, Adekanye noted that, the CSC boss believes in equity, justice and fear of God in his dealing, adding that, because of his philanthropy work towards building the better society, that won the heart of SUG body to bestowed him this prestigious award of Excellence, urging him to sustain the tempo.

Responding, the chairman of the commission,Dangana Musa Who could not hide his feelings, thanked the SUG body for finding him worthy of the award, assuring them that, the award given to him would spur him to do more for humanity.

He reiterated his position to support any organizations that aimed at working for growth and development of the society, just as he charged them to pay more attention to their studies as according to him the future of government lying to them.

The CSC boss assured that, some of the indigenous students will be absorbed into the Nasarawa state civil service after the completion of their studies.
