Baraden Nasarawa Reaffirms Loyalty to Sule, Backs Wadada,

By Our Reporter

Rt. Hon. Dr. Musa Ahmed Muhammed, Baraden Nasarawa, has reaffirmed his loyalty to the leadership of Abdullahi A. Sule, declared his full support for his preferred successor Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, emphasizing his commitment to party unity and continuity in Nasarawa State.
This position was reiterated in a strongly worded public notice issued by the Head of Fatan Alheri Media, Sani Yayi Jnr., who also used the opportunity to dismiss allegations circulating in a viral video by Abdullahi Usman Maji. The video reportedly claimed that campaign vehicles used during a mega rally organized by supporters of Musa Ahmed Muhammed were donated to former Inspector General of Police, Abubakar Adamu, to support a supposed political ambition.
Describing the allegation as “false, baseless, and malicious,” the media team stated that no such transaction or donation ever took place. According to the statement, the vehicles in question were kept in a private location and were allegedly filmed without authorization by Maji, who was accused of trespassing and fabricating claims to mislead the public.
The statement further warned that the actions were not only unethical but also legally actionable, as they could incite political tension and damage reputations. The group demanded that Maji publicly retract his claims within 24 hours on the same platforms where the video was shared, with equal prominence.
Failure to comply, the statement added, would result in immediate legal action against Maji and any individuals or groups believed to be behind what it described as a coordinated attempt to tarnish the image of Musa Ahmed Muhammed and his supporters.
Reaffirming its political stance, the Fatan Alheri Media team emphasized that Baraden Nasarawa and his political structure remain steadfast in their support for the Nasarawa State government and its leadership direction, including the endorsement of Aliyu Wadada’s candidacy.
The statement concluded with a warning against the spread of misinformation, urging the public to disregard unverified claims and rely on credible information, while stressing that acts of defamation and character assassination would no longer go unchallenged.
