The Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi A. Sule, on Friday visited Keffi to condole Ahmed Aliyu Wadada and his family over the passing of the senator’s stepmother, Hajiya Aisha Danyaya.
Governor Sule, who was accompanied by the Deputy Governor of Benue State, Sam Ode, described the loss as painful and prayed for divine comfort for the bereaved family.
During the condolence visit to senator Wadada in Keffi today, the governor prayed to Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant her eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus. He also prayed for strength, patience and comfort for Senator Wadada and members of the family during the period of mourning.
The visit drew sympathisers and well-wishers who gathered to pay their respects and support the family in their moment of grief.
