The Central Working Committee of Friends Forever has held its second meeting in preparation for a grand dinner aimed at hosting Ahmed Wadada Aliyu and the incoming governor of Nasarawa State following his tour of Lafia.
The meeting took place on Saturday at the Wadada Like Minds Office, located adjacent to the NEPA Office along Makurdi Road in Lafia.
During the meeting, members deliberated extensively on funding arrangements, mobilization of critical stakeholders across Lafia for the planned dinner, as well as other important issues relating to the successful organization of the event.
Speaking at the meeting, committee members emphasized the importance of ensuring broad participation and effective coordination ahead of the reception in honour of Senator Wadada and the incoming governor.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the committee, Hon. Ibrahim Hamza, alongside Hon. Ahmed Bage, Alhaji Garba Rosha, Ahmed Musa Lamino, Yahuza Hamza, and the committee secretary, Rayyanu Bala.
The committee reaffirmed its commitment to delivering a successful and memorable event that will bring together key stakeholders and supporters from across Lafia and beyond.
