
Hon. Daniel Oga Ogazi, Hon. Agbawu Mek Agbawu, Dr. John D.W. Mamman, and other political stakeholders yesterday accompanied Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu to Kokona as part of his ongoing grassroots consultation across Nasarawa State.
The strategic stakeholders’ engagement in Kokona Local Government Area attracted key political figures and influential stakeholders from the area, where Senator Wadada used the opportunity to unveil his development blueprint ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election.
Addressing party faithfuls, community leaders, and supporters during the meeting, Wadada reaffirmed his commitment to providing purposeful leadership anchored on his HEARTS Agenda, which he said is designed to promote unity, sustainable development, and inclusive governance across the state.
The senator emphasized the importance of grassroots participation in the political process, noting that the future of Nasarawa State depends on visionary leadership and the collective commitment of party members and stakeholders.
In a major boost to grassroots mobilization, Senator Wadada donated 11 motorcycles to ward chairmen across Kokona LGA. According to him, the donation is aimed at strengthening party coordination, improving outreach, and enhancing mobilization efforts at the ward level ahead of the elections.
The event was attended by several prominent political figures and members of the Wadada Campaign Council, including Hon. Agbawu Mek Agbawu; the Executive Chairman of Kokona LGA, Dr. Joseph Haruna Kigbu; the Executive Chairman of Keffi Local Government Area, Hon. Idris Damagani; and Hon. Daniel Oga Ogazi, whose presence attracted significant attention from supporters and stakeholders.
Others in attendance included Dr. Mustapha Galadima, Dr. John D.W. Mamman, Hon. Musa Saidu Gude, Hon. Mohammed Isimbabi, Hon. Onarigu Onah Kana, Hon. Baba Ali, Engr. Mohammed Wada Yahaya, Hajiya Hasiya Ahmed, Hon. Raphael Dogara Sa’aka, and Hon. Emmanuel Bako, alongside other members of the campaign council.
Party supporters at the meeting expressed optimism about Wadada’s vision for the state and pledged their continued support for his governorship aspiration.
