
Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu has continued his statewide consultation tour across Nasarawa State with a courtesy visit to the palace of His Royal Highness, Mr. Lawrence Ayih, the Abaga Toni, where he received royal blessings and prayers for success in his political journey.
The visit formed part of Wadada’s ongoing engagements with traditional rulers and communities across the state as he seeks wider consultations, support, and prayers from stakeholders ahead of his governorship ambition.
During the visit, the revered traditional ruler warmly received the senator and commended his commitment to maintaining close ties with the grassroots and traditional institutions. The monarch also offered prayers for Wadada’s success, peace, wisdom, and divine guidance in all his aspirations.
Also present at the palace were the Sangarin Amba and the Sangarin Dari, alongside other respected members of the traditional council.
Wadada was accompanied by several prominent personalities, including Hon. Agbawu Mek Agbawu; the Executive Chairman of Kokona Local Government Area, Dr. Joseph Haruna Kigbu; Dr. Mustapha Galadima; Hon. Musa Saidu Gude; Hon. Mohammed Isimbabi; Hon. Onarigu Onah Kana; Hon. Baba Ali; Engr. Mohammed Wada Yahaya; Hon. Raphael Dogara Sa’aka; Hon. Emma Bako; Dr. John D.W. Mamman; Hajiya Hasiya Ahmed; and Princess Elsie Ayih.
Speaking during the visit, Wadada expressed deep appreciation for the warm reception accorded to him and his entourage by the traditional ruler and the people of the community.
He reaffirmed his respect for traditional rulers and acknowledged their critical role in promoting peace, unity, and development across Nasarawa State.
The visit is seen as part of Wadada’s broader efforts to strengthen consultations with key stakeholders and deepen grassroots engagement across the state.
