Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, who represents Nasarawa West Senatorial District and All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Nasarawa State, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Hajiya Zainab Tanimu Atiku, wife of the late Jarman Keffi and mother of his Personal Assistant, Salisu Atiku.
In a condolence message issued following the sad news, Senator Wadada described the passing of Hajiya Zainab as a significant loss not only to her immediate family but also to the Keffi community and all those who knew her.
The senator said the deceased lived a life marked by humility, compassion, and dedication to the service of humanity, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, good character, and unwavering commitment to her family and community.
“I received with profound sadness the news of the passing of Hajiya Zainab Tanimu Atiku. This is a difficult moment for her children, relatives, friends, and loved ones. Her death is a great loss, and she will be remembered for her noble virtues and motherly role in society,” Wadada stated.
He particularly sympathize with Salisu, his Personal Assistant, and urged him alongside other family members to find comfort in the exemplary life their mother lived and the positive impact she made during her lifetime.
Senator Wadada also prayed for Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, grant her eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus, and bestow strength and patience upon the bereaved family as they cope with the loss.
He further encouraged the family and associates of the late Hajiya Zainab to remain steadfast in faith, noting that death is an inevitable reality for every soul and that solace can be found in submission to the will of Allah.
Hajiya Zainab Tanimu Atiku is survived by her children, relatives, and many loved ones whose lives she touched through her kindness, wisdom, and motherly guidance.
