Dr. Attah Receives WW4W Delegation, Reaffirms Support for Wadada 2027 Project

A prominent political leader and elder statesman in Doma Local Government Area, Comptroller Dr. Joseph Oboshi Attah (Barayan Doma), Rtd has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the aspirations of Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu ahead of the 2027 governorship race in Nasarawa State.
Dr. Attah made this known when he received a delegation of White Waves for Wadada (WW4W), led by its Convener, Hon. Abubakar Yakubu Angara, at his office in Lafia.
The meeting focused on strengthening unity among supporters, enhancing grassroots mobilization, and fostering strategic collaboration towards the realization of the Wadada 2027 Governorship Project.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Hon. Angara expressed confidence in Dr. Attah’s leadership qualities, wealth of experience, and unwavering commitment to the development of Nasarawa State. He noted that the group sought the elder statesman’s support and guidance as it intensifies efforts to build momentum for Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu’s governorship ambition.
Dr. Attah, widely regarded as one of the strongest supporters of Senator Wadada in Doma and across Nasarawa South, assured the delegation of his continued support for initiatives aimed at promoting the senator’s vision for the state. He commended the group for its dedication and commitment to responsible political participation.
In his remarks, Dr. Attah reiterated his passion for mentoring young people and encouraging active political engagement anchored on peace, unity, and development. He urged the youths to remain focused, united, and law-abiding at all times.
He cautioned them against allowing themselves to be used as instruments of violence, division, or destructive politics, emphasizing that the future of Nasarawa State depends on peaceful democratic participation and collective responsibility.
“The youths must channel their energy towards constructive political engagement, community development, and the advancement of democratic values. Sustainable progress can only be achieved through peaceful participation and a shared commitment to the growth of our state,” he stated.
Dr. Attah further pledged to continue providing guidance and mentorship to the group as it works towards the realization of the Wadada 2027 Governorship Project.
