
Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu has congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of this year’s Maulud celebration, urging Muslims across Nigeria and beyond to use the occasion to reflect on the exemplary life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In a goodwill message issued to mark the celebration, Senator Wadada Aliyu extended warm greetings and best wishes to Muslims, emphasizing the importance of love, peace, compassion, tolerance and unity, values he said are central to the teachings of the Holy Prophet.
The senator called on the Muslim faithful to demonstrate the virtues of patience, kindness and peaceful coexistence in their daily lives, while praying for continued peace, stability and prosperity in the country.
He also urged Nigerians to strengthen bonds of unity and mutual understanding, irrespective of religious, ethnic or political differences, noting that collective commitment to peace and national development remains essential for the progress of Nigeria.
Senator Wadada Aliyu prayed that the Maulud celebration would bring blessings to families and communities and inspire greater commitment to the ideals of peaceful coexistence, justice and service to humanity.
He wished the Muslim Ummah a peaceful and memorable Maulud celebration, while praying for Allah’s continued guidance and protection for the nation and its people.
