Baraden Nasarawa Urges APC Stakeholders to Back Wadada, Close Ranks.


The Accountant-General of Nasarawa State and former Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Musa Ahmed Mohammed, Baraden Nasarawa, has urged APC stakeholders to put past differences behind them and close ranks in support of the party’s strategic direction, particularly the victory of  Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada
Baraden Nasarawa made the call while addressing APC leaders and stakeholders from Nasarawa Local Government Area at a critical stakeholders’ meeting held at Keffi Hotel on Sunday.
He urged party members to work together to strengthen internal unity and mobilise support for the APC ahead of the forthcoming elections, stressing the need for collective efforts to secure what he described as a decisive top-to-bottom victory.
The former Speaker called on stakeholders and party members to work tirelessly for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, Dr. Faisal Shuaibu, Hon. Yerima Albasheer, Hon. Ogah Ogazi and the APC’s candidates for the State House of Assembly.
The meeting provided a platform for party leaders to deliberate on the political situation in the state, strengthen cooperation among stakeholders and chart a common course towards the forthcoming elections.
Among those in attendance were Dr. Ahmed Aliyu Tijjani, Federal Commissioner; the serving Member of the House of Representatives; Hon. Mahmud Hassan Ahmed II, Executive Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government Area; Hon. Mohammed Sani Otos and Hon. Jibrin Abdullahi (Jerry), State Commissioners.
Also present were serving and former members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, a former Secretary to the State Government, the Nasarawa LGA APC Chairman, party flagbearers and other prominent stakeholders.
At the end of the engagement, the Executive Chairman of Nasarawa LGA and the APC LGA Chairman described the meeting as a major success, reaffirming the stakeholders’ commitment to maintaining a united front and working collectively towards victory for the APC.
The stakeholders’ meeting is part of ongoing efforts by party leaders to strengthen cohesion, mobilise grassroots support and consolidate the APC’s political structure in Nasarawa State ahead of the elections.
