
Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, the Nasarawa State APC Governorship Candidate, has called on citizens to remain committed to peaceful coexistence and collective efforts towards building a better future for present and future generations.
Wadada made the call in a goodwill message to mark Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary and the 30th anniversary of the creation of Nasarawa State.
The senator, who represents Nasarawa West Senatorial District, urged Nigerians and residents of Nasarawa State to support initiatives and programmes that promote sustainable development, peace, unity and economic prosperity across the country.
He congratulated Nigerians on the Independence anniversary, describing it as an opportunity for citizens to reflect on the nation’s journey and renew their commitment to building a more prosperous and united Nigeria.
Wadada also congratulated the people of Nasarawa State on the 30th anniversary of the state’s creation, saying the occasion provides an opportunity to celebrate the progress recorded over the years while remembering the contributions and sacrifices of the state’s founding fathers.
He commended the sacrifices of Nigeria’s founding fathers and the pioneers who worked tirelessly for the creation of Nasarawa State.
The senator also congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nigerians on the Independence anniversary, wishing citizens a peaceful and memorable celebration.
He called for continued cooperation among citizens and stakeholders, stressing the importance of collective efforts in advancing development and creating a better future for generations to come.
