Nasarawa Lawmaker Provides Succour To Riverine Communities
Hon Suleiman Yakubu Azara Member Representing Awe South at the Nasarawa State House of Assemly has donated a brand new canoe to Jangwa community of his constituency.
The lawmaker is also constructing a local bridge to link Jimi community which has been cut off from the area in order to boost agricultural and socio- economic activities of the people.
Azara(APC) while inspecting the bridge in Awe on Thursday said that he would continue to embark on projects that would have direct bearing on the lives of his constituents and the state at large.
” Almost every farmer everyday pass this bridge that link between Azara and jimi village.
” I am constructing this local bridge considering the importance of the bridge to general wellbeing of the people and its societal value.
” The bridge if completed will boost the agriculture and economic activities and improve on the standard of living of my constituents, ” he said.
Azara also donated a brand new canoe to entire Jangwa community of his constituency to boost water transport.
He has equally assured his constituents of sound representation while soliciting for their continued prayers and support to enable him succeed at the state legislative body.
The lawmaker called on the people of his constituency and the state at large to continue to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s administration to succeed and to enable them enjoy more dividends of democracy.
