A governorship aspirant in Nasarawa State, Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, has expressed appreciation to a delegation from Keffi Local Government Area for a solidarity visit on the recent pronouncement by Governor Abdullahi Sule as his preferred aspirant. He described the visit as a strong signal of unity and shared political purpose.
The delegation, led by the Executive Chairman of Keffi LGA, Dr. Idris Damagani, included government officials, traditional rulers, and key community stakeholders. They visited Wadada to reaffirm their support and assured him they would work tirelessly to ensure he is elected at both the primary and secondary elections.
In his remarks, Wadada thanked the delegation for what he called a demonstration of “unwavering support and confidence,” noting that such engagement reflects a growing consensus among political and community leaders across the state.
He also commended the Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi A. Sule, for his leadership style, which he said continues to promote unity and cooperation. Wadada highlighted the governor’s “Muje Maha” philosophy as a unifying force driving collective progress among stakeholders.
According to him, the visit underscores an increasing alignment of interests as political actors work toward a seamless and continuity-driven leadership transition in the state. He emphasized the importance of collaboration among leaders at all levels to ensure sustained development and stability.
Observers say the visit points to strengthening political ties within Nasarawa, as stakeholders position themselves to work for the continuity of Engr. Sule legacies and ensure the election of Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu.
